nice one al
i hit myself on my fingers alot, it hurts like fuck. also, i have a tendancy to get my legs stuck in that kind of open position around my snare, (no fisting jokes here please) and can't really move after drumming for a long time. *always fun*

i seem to have a habit of letting go of my sticks, and quite frequently they hit either karl or luke as they are nearest to me when we practice.
all good fun...

I get really sweaty hands when I play infront of people. I also have a tendancy to drop my sticks and cut my knuckles on drums. the snare drum at college had quite a bit of my blood on it.

I dip them in ice first so they don't bounce.
I never drop the sticks now. Naturally I have very sweaty hands, but I put deoderant and assorted mad stuff all over my hands before drumming. It helps if you're doing punk

I have been told I pull comical faces when punk drumming and stick my elbows out loads when I'm about to do a fast roll. But who cares? I can get the job done.

hahaha. Back to the top it goes. I got some physio sport grip cream stuff. that makes your hands mega grippy but gives big blisters if you drum for a long time. Just like chalk in a cream!
